Services, clinicians, hours, insurance participation, financing, and treatment suitability may vary by location and patient. Confirm details with your selected practice. Website use does not by itself establish a dentist-patient relationship, guarantee an outcome, or confirm an appointment. An appointment request remains subject to confirmation by the practice.
For urgent dental concerns, call the practice directly. For a medical emergency, call 911. Please do not submit confidential health information or payment-card details through general email or text channels unless the practice has provided an appropriate method.

Optional enrollment and consent
Where you separately opt in, messages may be sent using automated technology. Providing a telephone number, visiting this website, or accepting website terms does not by itself enroll you in recurring text messages. Consent applies to the sender and message types identified when you opt in. It does not authorize unrelated promotional messaging; any additional consent required by law must be obtained separately.
Text-message participation is optional and is not a condition of receiving dental care or purchasing services. You may request another available communication method.
Frequency and charges
You can expect up to four recurring messages per month related to appointments or care. Additional responses may be sent when you initiate a conversation, request help, or ask us to resolve a scheduling matter. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for questions about charges.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also communicate an opt-out request or ask for help by emailing harsh@CreatingDentalExcellence.com. We will honor clear opt-out requests promptly in accordance with applicable requirements. A single non-promotional confirmation may be sent to confirm your request.
After opting out, you will no longer receive recurring messages covered by that enrollment unless you provide new consent. Opting out does not cancel an appointment or end your patient relationship; contact your care team directly to change an appointment.
Delivery and telephone numbers
Message delivery depends on your mobile service and other technical factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please provide a number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes or is reassigned. Do not rely on text messages for emergency care or assume a reply has been reviewed immediately.
Communication privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process limited information solely to deliver or administer communications on our behalf, subject to applicable restrictions.
